He has held senior, transformative roles in organisations and industries covering various sectors like tea plantations/exports, garments/textiles, steel trading, travel and hotels, general trading, money exchange, construction, automobile, real estate, power generation, sustainablity projects, and corporate advisory services.

Khalid Alamiri

Khalid Alamiri is an experienced businessman and banker with 25 years of experience at international banks in the UAE, India and Malaysia. His expertise covers a range of banking sectors including Corporate Banking, Treasury, Trade Services, Credit Risk, Wealth Management, Business Development, and Recovery Collections. Khalid’s business experience covers Industrial, Trading and Business Consultancy in connection with Business Development and Financial Services. Khalid acquired his qualification in Business Administration from the UAE University in 1986.

Khalid Al Awadhi is a distinguished Emirati leader with over 30 years of experience in the fields of Environment, Public Health, and Food Safety. He holds a Master’s Degree in Risk Management from the University of Wales - United Kingdom, in addition to a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry and Animal Science from the United Arab Emirates University, which has contributed a strong educational foundation to his distinguished career.

Hussein Aboobakar Jakhura

Hussein Aboobakar Jakhura holds 40 years of experience in the African region, beginning in the Commodities Processing Industry, trading in commodities before developing into Livestock Production/Farming with a focus on Meat/Value Added Meat Production. He has, since 1983, been a shareholding owner of one of the largest commodity industry players in Malawi, complete with a factory operated to the highest standards, with a local, regional, and global focus.

Mustansir Wala is a Senior Management Professional that has held diversified leadership roles in the development and implementation of strategies for sustainable growth over his career spanning 32+ years. His experience includes 5 years as Group CEO in a Multi-franchise Automobile Dealership in Oman, leading a team of 360 employees. He also has over 20 years of Senior Management experience in the Regional Office of Nissan Motor Corporation in the Middle East, including holding the position of Deputy Managing Director, where he managed a diverse international team.

Chester Cruse

Chester is currently CEO and Partner at StrEdge Consulting Middle East, his firm serves clients from many industries including Banking and Finance.

He holds an MBA from the University of Wales, Cardiff and was a Banker himself for two plus decades before stepping into Consulting.

Chester's Banking career started in Sri Lanka, he moved to the UAE in 2005 and has worked in several of the Middle East markets including UAE, Kuwait, Saudi and has worked on several High Priority Projects in other markets such as Jordan, Lebanon and Oman.

Chester has held several senior leadership roles in Banking, most notably as a Chief Operating Officer, as a Head of Transformation, as a Head of Corporate Services, as a Regional Risk Manager, a Regional Operations Manager and many others.

He brings to the table 2 decades of Banking experience in UAE and Middle East, including a strong understanding of Banking Regulations, Standards, Policies & Procedures.

His Financial Services background, experience in UAE and the Region, many leadership roles including Transformation, complemented with effective communication and stakeholder management skills, gives him a unique advantage in Financial Services Change Programmes.

Manju Fernando, MRICS (UK), MBA (Edinburgh), is a seasoned business leader and Group Managing Director with extensive expertise in strategic management, corporate governance, and organizational growth. With a strong background in both international business and real estate through his MRICS accreditation, coupled with an MBA from the University of Edinburgh, he brings a unique combination of technical knowledge and executive leadership. Manju has successfully led diverse teams, driven large-scale projects, and delivered sustainable business results across multiple sectors.

Ajaz Sayed

Director

Ajaz Ali Sayed is an exceptional Automotive Aftersales leader whose journey began as a hands-on technician before he rapidly progressed, starting as a Service Advisor at DOMASCO (Al-Futtaim) in Qatar (Honda and Volvo). His career quickly accelerated into multiple management roles at brands like BMW, Opel, and Honda in his home country, leading to his return to DOMASCO as Aftersales Manager.

He culminated his corporate career in 2008 as the National Aftersales Manager at Al Rostamani Trading Co in UAE, overseeing performance and growth for the Suzuki and Citroen brand with an annual turnover of AED100M. His experience in setting up facilities and expanding Parts business gives him in depth insight of the business.

A true end-to-end industry expert now looks forward to providing consulting services for setting up new service centres, providing resources, service marketing and diagnosing business health. He will also be exploring connecting b2b for mobility partners and business opportunities in the MENA and African markets.
